Bonni Stachowiak, Ed.D.

Associate Professor of Business and Management
As an Associate Professor of Business and Management at Vanguard University of Southern California, Dr. Stachowiak teaches courses in business, marketing, leadership, and human resources. She has over 15 years of business experience and prior to transitioning to academic roles and consulting opportunities, she held executive positions in human resources and corporate learning for franchise and education organizations.
She earned her Ed.D. from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Chapman University. \
As a business owner, Dr. Stachowiak has partnered with and advised non-profit and for-profit organizations, developing ways to maximize human performance. Dr. Stachowiak’s unique background in learning, leadership, and technology brings her clients an innovative and results-oriented approach to organizational growth and achievement.
Qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the DiSC instrument, and other personality and career inventories, Dr. Stachowiak enjoys helping people achieve their potential and bring true passion and competence to their professional roles.

Dr. Stachowiak is married to Dave Stachowiak. They both have previously coached the Vanguard SIFE Competition Presentation Team and are grateful for opportunities to mentor and encourage students.On the weekends, they can usually be found spending time with their son, reading, listening to music, and going for hikes. They are also both great fans of gadgets and technology and host the TechCouple podcast about how to have healthier relationships and happier lives though the use of technology. |
